Autumn favourites

by - October 30, 2015

I am one sucker when it comes to Autumn. It is definitely my favourite season. I love the colour change in the leaves, the coldness, wrapping up warm and of course berry lips.
So I wanted to do a post on my autumn favourites. Now that the seasons changed I have been loving completely different products.

Firstly foundation. I am changing my foundation constantly due to weather and how my skin reacts. I was loving the Benefit hello flawless foundation but as it's got colder I have found myself breaking out more. I don't feel that the hello flawless foundation is giving me the desired coverage that i'm after in the colder days. So i've swapped and rekindled my love for the Maybelline dream satin liquid foundation. This is a great foundation for the colder days. I'd say the coverage is meduim buildable and it's not drying on the skin in the slightest. It gives off an airbrushed look and covers any redness and blemishes.

Bronzer is something I usually stick to. I rarely change my bronzers but i've finally purchased.. wait for it.. benefit Hoola bronzer. Yes I know better late than never, I do have a smaller version I recieved in a benefit box but I finally gave in and decided to purchase the full size one. I have been fully loving this bronzer. It's so pigmented and gives off the perfect bronzed look. It's by far my favourite bronzer and it's took me a while to finally find a bronzer that I am completely happy with.

Like i've previously mentioned.. multiple times, a berry lipstick is KEY when into autumn. I have been loving Mac's ' D for danger ' lipstick. It is the perfect autumn colour and I have been drawing for it very frequently. This is one of my many favourite colours at the minute. My other favourites include: Mac Chilli, Mac Viva glam 3, Mac Captive.

And last but not least what would an autumn favourites be without the Urban decay Naked smoky palette? Wow I can't even begin to express my current love for this palette. I am friggin obsessed with this, I've only just recently purchased this on a student shopping night and I regret nothing. It is the perfect autumn palette. The colours are crazy, I can see this being great for halloween, bonfire night, christmas, New year and any time inbetween really. I would highly recommend purchasing this palette if you haven't already. It is definitely worth the hype.

Until next time,
Hannah
